Last night on The Colbert Report, Stephen Colbert somewhat announced that he would be running for president in his home state of South Carolina.

the filipino prisoners in cebu are at it again with their interpretive choreography of Pacobel's Canon in D. Even better is the Filipino guy on guitar spliced in there. A Filipino shredder, ha!

The Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, a once very corrupt prison, has now being overhauled with Garcia firing several guards, banning money, lightening the overcrowding and instituting this dancing deal.
